This 10-hour OSHA Outreach virtual training course is intended to provide instruction on a variety of general industry safety and health hazards to entry-level workers.
This course is designed for workers, foremen, job supervisors, and anyone involved in the general industry. OSHA recommends this volunteer outreach training as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1910. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job.
This training is conducted on two separate days per OSHA training guidelines.
Mandatory Topics (6 hours): Introduction to OSHA (1 hr.); Walking and Working Surfaces, including Fall Protection (1 hr.);
Exit Routes, EAP's, Fire Protection (1 hr.); Electrical (1 hr.); Personal Protective Equipment (1 hr.); Hazard Communication (1 hr.).
Elective Topics (4 hours): Ergonomics (2 hrs); Safety and Health Program (2 hrs.).
Students will receive the following: E-Student Manual; Access to online Student Profile Page
to download E-Certificate, and a mailed Department of Labor (DOL) OSHA Card.
OSHA card takes up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Payment required prior to virtual training date.
We recommend you print this web page for your records. We will email you an invoice shortly to acknowledge receipt of your registration. You will also receive an email reminder days prior to the training date.
Terms and Conditions

If you need to cancel or change your in-person class, there will be a 25% fee. No cancellations or changes will be permitted within 5 business days or less of the class start date for courses.
You must use a web-enabled device with webcam, speakers, and an internet connection. For best learning experience, we encourage the use of a desktop/laptop computer.
Microphones are optional but recommended. There is a chat menu for those without microphones.
We do not recommend using a smartphone, however have yours handy. It will be used as a training aid.
Webcams are also recommended. You can temporarily disable your webcam at any time (breaks, short exits, etc).
For your own privacy, you have the option to add a webcam virtual background image.
Emails are required for each registering student. Within five (5) days of the training date, a registration confirmation email will be sent to each student with further details.
