This 10-hour OSHA Outreach virtual training course is intended to provide instruction on a variety of construction industry safety and health hazards to entry-level workers.
This course is designed for construction workers, foremen, job supervisors, and anyone involved in the construction industry. OSHA recommends Outreach Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job.
This training is conducted on two separate days per OSHA training guidelines.
Mandatory Topics (6 hours): Intro to OSHA (1hr.); OSHA Focus Four Hazards (4hrs.); Personal Protective Equipment (30min.); Health Hazards in Construction (30min.)
Elective Topics (2 hours - 30 min. minimum on at least two topics): Cranes; Excavations; Materials Handling, Storage, Use and Disposal; Scaffolds;
Stairways and Ladders; Tools - Hand and Power.
Optional (2 hours): We can teach on other construction industry hazards (topics) or policies
and/or expand on the mandatory or elective topics. The minimum length of any topic is 30 min.
Students will receive the following: E-Student Manual; Access to online
Student Profile Page to view E-Certificate and E-Student Training Card,
and a mailed OSHA Card.
Payment required prior to virtual training date.
We recommend you print this web page for your records. We will email you an invoice shortly to acknowledge receipt of your registration. You will also receive an email reminder days prior to the training date.
Terms and Conditions

If you need to cancel or change your in-person class, there will be a 25% fee. No cancellations or changes will be permitted within 5 business days or less of the class start date for courses.
You must use a web-enabled device with webcam, speakers, and an internet connection. For best learning experience, we encourage the use of a desktop/laptop computer.
Microphones are optional but recommended. There is a chat menu for those without microphones.
We do not recommend using a smartphone, however have yours handy. It will be used as a training aid.
Webcams are also recommended. You can temporarily disable your webcam at any time (breaks, short exits, etc).
For your own privacy, you have the option to add a webcam virtual background image.
Emails are required for each registering student. Within five (5) days of the training date, a registration confirmation email will be sent to each student with further details.
