Asbestos, Lead, Mold, & Hazardous Materials
ASBESTOS OPERATION & MAINTENANCE (O&M) - Initial (16hrs) and Refresher (4hrs) 
This course will give workers the knowledge on how to minimize exposure of all building occupants to asbestos. It will demonstrate proper cleaning technique's, work practices, removal technique's, proper handling of waste, record keeping, medical requirement’s and much more.
ASBESTOS AWARENESS - (2hrs) 
This course is designed for employees who will not be directly working with asbestos or disturbing asbestos but whose job may require them to work around areas that may contain asbestos.
LEAD AWARENESS - (2hrs) 
This course is designed to provide general awareness in the hazards when work around lead based paint or lead bearing items.
LEAD RENOVATION, REPAIR, AND PAINTING (RRP) - Initial (8hrs) and Refresher (4hrs) 
Federal law requires that contractors who perform renovation, repairs, and painting jobs in pre-1978 housing and child-occupied facilities must be certified and trained in the use of lead-safe work practices.
MOLD AWARENESS - (2hrs) 
This course will educate individuals on general mold awareness. It will discuss “What is mold”? Toxic Mold vs Non-toxic Mold. The Health effects of mold exposure, types & species of mold. You will also learn what regulations or regulatory requirement’s pertain to mold in construction.
HAZWOPER GENERAL SITE WORKER (GSW) - Initial (40hrs) 
This course is required for site workers regularly on site engaged in hazardous substance removal or other activities which expose or potentially expose workers to health hazards as specified by 29 CFR 1910.120
HAZWOPER OCCASIONAL SITE WORKER (OSW) - (24hrs) 
The goal of this course is to provide essential information to workers who are on an environmental site only occasionally for a specific limited task and who are unlikely to be exposed over published exposure limits.
HAZWOPER SPILL RESPONSE TECHNICIAN (SRT) - Initial (24hrs) 
This course is required for site workers regularly on site engaged in hazardous substance removal or other activities which expose or potentially expose workers to health hazards as specified by 29 CFR 1910.120
HAZWOPER SUPPLEMENTAL TRAINING - (16hrs) 
Fulfills the requirements for the 40hr GSW program when combined with the 24hr OSW.
HAZWOPER ANNUAL REFRESHER - (8hrs) 
This program is to provide refresher level training for the environmental site worker who has previously undergone the 24 or 40 hour HAZWOPER programs.
FIRST RESPONDER OPERATIONS (FRO) - (8hrs) 
This program provides training for First Responders at the Operations Level who respond to releases or potential releases of hazardous substances for the purpose of stopping the release.
FIRST RESPONDER AWARENESS (FRA) - (4hrs) 
This course provides essential information for individuals who are likely to witness or discover a hazardous substance release and who have been trained to initiate an emergency response sequence by notifying the proper authorities.
INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM (ICS) TRAINING - (8hrs) 
This course provide the skills and capabilities required to assume the role of Incident Commander during a hazardous materials event. Special emphasis placed on personnel safety and management of the HAZMAT scene.
